Something not working?

The fastest way to get help is from inside the app: Settings › Help › Report a problem. That opens an email with the app version and a small event log attached, which is usually enough to find the cause. The log holds timestamps and check scores, never photos.

Common questions

The bottle check won't pass. Take a few more photos in the Bottle tab in the room and light where the alarm rings, holding the bottle the way you will in the morning. If it still struggles, set Settings › Recognition › Strictness to Forgiving.

It passed without the bottle in frame. Set Strictness to Strict, and remove any learned photos that don't show the bottle clearly.

I need out this morning. Tap "I can't do this today" on the check screen. Follow-up alarms stop; the streak resets.

The alarm didn't ring. Check that Agualarm has alarm permission in iOS Settings, that the alarm is on, and that its weekday is selected.
